1.Tsa838 Automatic Soldering Machine is available for SMT transformer, electronic components and common transformer inductance.


2.Tsa838 simulates multiple manually operation motion, it also has360 degree reversal function. The reversal angle can be set up freely.


3.Tsa838 can solder various kinds of SMT and PIN TYPE product.


Features


1.The vertical motionadopts step motor to impulse ball bearing screw. The accuracy of stepmotor is 0. 01mm which can perform extremely precise soldering depth.


2.TSA838 is available to set 10  sections prewelding. It caneffectively prevents tin sweat by prewelding function. The depth andthe time of prewelding can be set to 10 progressive motions.


3.The soldering height can be set from 0 to 76 mm.


4.The soldering time horizon is from 0.1 to 9.9 seconds.


5.TSA838 adopts double heating tube to perform rapid tin melting andstable operation temperature. The soldering stove adopts lead-freetitanium as material to fit environment protection and human body care


6.We welcome additional purchase special jigs made according to clients' drawings or samples as well.
